The South End will be getting a major revamp very soon. Some time within the next week, with the next 48 hours being more likely. It depends on how final testing goes, and my time. The new site will for the most part look and feel somewhat similar to the current site but their will be some differences. Navigation will remain mostly the same.

If you have an old computer with an old browser, you may have issues. Security and technology is what is driving this upgrade.

The new site will:
1. Be faster
2. Flat out work better
3. Be fully encrypted
4. Will be much better on Mobile (especially the weather sections)

The only thing I believe will be missing is the personal image gallery, and I intend to get that coded but it is very complex as easy as it seems.

While I am taking every precaution and measure to make sure their are no hiccups, I am smarter than that and understand things may go severely wrong. There could be major issues, but I feel reasonably confident their wont be.

If their are issues that you encounter, PLEASE REPORT THEM via the "contact us" on the website.

As of right now my plan is to start the transition at 11am Thursday April 20th. It will take me 1-2 hours to complete. If something changes to the schedule I will make it known.

Anything posted or changed after 11am will be lost. Once you see the new site - your good to go.

Notes: The personal image gallery will be available - and improved. I would also advise that once the new site is up, to create new Avatars (profile images) as the system will be much more flexible and of higher quality once the new site is up.
