Great to meet some of you at St. Joe. We had a great time playing in the rain!! :silly:

We had ended up replacing some lost tackle at Tackle Haven before going back out . Thanks goes out to Nate at Tackle Haven for getting my dipsy rod replaced under warranty. Some great guys at this shop!! :cheer:

We fished from 7 pm to 11 pm going 3 for 5 with two good kings. Ended a whole day fishing 8 for 12 with a 10.5 lb , 12.4 lb, and 18 lb King. too bad the big one came after the tourney. :evil:

We had most fish come from 85 to 115 fow from 70 to 90 down. did not get a hit above 40 fow :angry:

Thought for sure we would pick a few steelies.
We fished Sun morning from 6 am to 11 am and got spanked. pulled two small lakers. Wow! I will have to stick fishing in the rain. lol Good times either way and we fished mostly FF and spoons. Kings came on green fly rigs . No hits on our meat rig ran down the chute.

We had a great tournament out of Portage, unfortunately it was cut short by storms. The fish were biting well and could have been a banner day for many. A number of boats had to take safe harbor in various ports, myself included.

Congratulations to Reel Distraction for the WIN and Sea Ya for Big Fish. Great job guys!
