We have been smacking the eyes on Erie, but all of our fish have came from Michigan waters out of .Monroe and Brest Bay. Bandits, and pulling meat.

Hi guy's. Really enjoy the south end site. My pal and I are wanting to make a trip to Erie to do a walley trip taking
My boat and his camper for 3or4 days on the water. I went on a charter a few years ago out of port Clinton but didn't have time to scout around for places to camp and fish. Looking for info to plan a mid week trip. Thanks for any info.

There's a state park with a campground and launch site on South Bass Island. Haven't camped there for several years but it's a great destination and you won' t hardly ever be weathered out.
