My son and I went out for a few hours this morning. Fished around the donut and a little east of it. Tried different spots from 45 fow to 25. No luck. One boat I talked to had one, and another had two. I don't know if an evening bite will be better.

Went out of Portage this morning. Fished from 7 -2 Caught 9 keepers. Started by the donut and worked my way down to the pink house. Caught 5-6 there in 42' . Caught 3 in front of Porter beach in 39'. Marked a lot of fish

North winds will make them scatter. South winds, they will congregate around the beaches again.

Well we ended wetting Aline around 430 tried multiple spots til we got over by the pink house and got a few 36-39 fow

I just noticed the pic you added Noah. Those are the prefect size eating Perch. I would take a cooler full of 10 -12" Perch all day long ..... Nice catch!
