Tried out of New Buffalo today. Nothing but a goby. Minnows at Capt Cooks are up to $4.25 per dozen.

It’s great Captain cooks is still open.  I looked around the pump house and didnt see much today.  Going out in am to silver fish and I’ll look.

Late post from Sunday,took daughter out ,troll for big fish no takers,good thing bought minnows, mark lots of bait went back got l keep 10 biggest was 15”” (,hook deep or would have let her go) Some really big perch lost some big ones at the boat. Wind pick up drove us off the lake. Chewing my nails off to get back out there.

Great Catch!  Out of curiosity, did those fish still have eggs in them?  That one looks awfully fat for this time of year...they should be done spawning by now I'd hope.  If not, it's sure been feeding well !!
