If you have a full moon and no cloud cover, the fish will tend to feed in those conditions from my experience. The fish will be shallower and yes generally alot of glow gear, however standard flasher fly programs have worked very good as well.

They key is for the moon to be providing some decent light. The best conditions at night would likely be when the moon is directly overhead which looks to be about 1-2am the next few days. Seeing that moon rise is about the same time as sunset during this time, the action might be really hot around sunset and continue some all throughout the night.

If going at night be very careful and do go diving in the water for a net like those guys up at little point sable did last weekend. If you haven't heard that story go check it out under resources then lake michigan fishing news.

Night fishing is just as much about having the proper lighting on board as it is being completely comfortable with all the gear on your boat. Eliminating all the "stuff" laying about the boat that you wouldn't think twice about in sunlight helps too.
I'm just as comfortable fishing at night, whether it's casting or trolling, as I am during the day.

also remember no wake in Indiana after sunset (or maybe its 10 MPH - I would have to go read the law again). Which means longer rides out and in. I have done night fishing a couple of times and it is OK but prefer to be able to see personally.

Dan Keating made the statement at a super salmon school I attended a couple years ago that during a full moon period when the morning bite is not good that it usually picks up around 1 pm on till evening. He said the fish eat during the night then stop at the usual time when morning bite typically is, then start eating again early afternoon.
I have found this to work pretty well for me. Something else to try if the weather cooperates.

As Dirty stated above this can be affected by the amount of cloud cover during the night.
