Plane to sea. Did you talk to the dnr? She told us a boat just starting catching fish and had to quit. Due to chumming. Assuming that was you?

I did talk to dnr, but that was not us. My brother was talking to someone and they said they had to quit because 3 guys were chumming on his boat.
