Yes offset with extended boom , plus one downrigger on each corner

You are a brave man!  That rigger wire has to come pretty close to your prop.

Running a 9.9 kicker about 3 feet to the right of the main outboard so it's all good

Slower day yesterday but manged a few silver fish, steelhead and these slobs for the smoker
