Just confirms what a screwed up year it's been. Bluebird skies, 85 degrees, and the salmon start running??? :huh:

I'm heading out tomorrow AM (maybe tonight too) but with these reports I wonder if I should cast from shore or take the boat? I'll report back and would appreciate anyone's thoughts on what'll work.

I would cast from the boat. Gives you alot more flexibility.
