The boat is a big 19 footer. Easily fishes 4 people comfortably. A lot bigger than most of the deep vees you see. Loaded with 40 plus gallons of gas, batteries, gear, and 3 men it does 42 gps. Best speed was 45 with 2 men and a smaller gear load but with about 30 gallons fuel aboard. Might get a little more with less fuel and a more extreme engine trim. Also I am carrying a Honda heavy duty 8 hp kicker. I think it does pretty good speed wise. I would bet a 175 would get me the 50 mph I would like to see. Adding a PS , switching to a three blade prop would add another 1 -2 mph also, but I like the 4 blade cruise ability and the hole shot power.

That's moving out pretty good- I remember my old Baron 20.5 footer/w Yamaha 150 hit 40 with a 3 blade but i too prefer the 4 or even the Merc high 5 for stability and holeshot( 38 mph). Same motor pushed my 22.5 Tritoon same speeds.Love those Pacific NW style boats- if there one was in stock I probably would have one myself. Good luck if you repower, boat should scream with a new 200hp, tight lines

It is a shame that there is not a lot of them around the lake. Seems there is a dozen or 2 manufacturers that are building them. They all seem to look alike from a distance but there is a big difference in the interiors and their hull construction. Some of them like Edge Marine and TJet are building some luxury in them.
