We’re excited to introduce the Park Departments new Director of Maintenance, Barb Lusco. Barb may be new to the Park Department, but she has served as an employee of the City of Portage since 2013. Barb is not only the Director of Maintenance for the Park Department, but also the Harbormaster for the Marina.
