Struck out at the state line on our salmon hunt (I'll be asking for some tips/tricks to do better out there next week). Went closer to shore to try for smallmouth. Fished inside the wall just east of Gary Lighthouse. Caught about 10 with the biggest being about 2 1/2 pounds probably. They were chasing our crank baits all over.

Turned a bad day into a good one.

Nice! I used to do that all the time back when I had my Stratos. Some days we would fish for salmon, perch, and bass all in the same day.
