Hi all ,,,, Me n a Buddy were thinkin about getting to Lake Erie . Prob. not till late Sept or into Oct .  Anything goin on around then ???

I'm going in early October, but I will be fishing the Eastern Basin in New York. I would suggest heading to at least Huron, Vermillion or Loraine would probably be better. By October some of the east-lake fish will start to be drifting back to the west.  You'll likely have to be equipped to fish 25 to 45 feet deep. Divers, lead core or downriggers.
