Bored, haven't posted in a while. Here is the buck I shot this year put an 800 yard ground stalk on him over a 4 1/2 hour period with a calm bad wind. Me and my older brother shared the most brotherly bonding moment when he ranged him in at 112 yards and it was the now or never moment since the wind had shifted and he was almost dead down wind from us.

Hunting public land is tough to do most of the time. Great buck you killed. I gun hunt a public slough in Posey county. I took one near that good a couple of seasons ago. The next gun season during the Dec muzz I saw the biggest buck I have ever seen and I could not shoot as I had taken a nice buck during bow. 80 yds with a scoped Encore Pro Hunter and I had to let him walk. It still haunts me to this day.
