I had a very good, but cold, final week of duck season.
The frigid temps pushed a lot of ducks south, and the lack of open water concentrated the birds.
It was cold, but the heaters kept the boat warm enough to hunt.

You are right about the birds moving south. In the last couple of days the skies down here are full of both white and Canada geese. Lots of ducks too. Got a lot of ice now but no snow. Fields are holding birds and the rivers are stable good conditions.
My Searunner 190, "Four "D's" and a "C". Retirement money well spent.
