Fished the pro am tournament today with will jun and big ed from our site. We had a respectable outing considering I had no info on where fish were or was I able to prefish. We took second place on the amateur side and would have placed middle of the pack on the pro side. We left Michigan city and ran to Chicago waters fished 75 to 50 fow slightly north east of soldier field. We ended up with just over 40 lbs 3 lakers in the 9 to 10 lbs range a 10 lbs steelhead and a coho. Fishing in that area is hotter than a fire cracker for lakers but silver are Scattered and not there in big number.

From Michigan city approx 27 miles. If you were looking to try fishing that area I highly recommend launching out of burnham or 31st in Chicago.
