Got out after work today with a couple friends. Heard it was hot in 200 feet so ran out there. Amazing to have the lake flat and the weather so nice. Marked bait in 120, was a lot there, as it showed up decent on the screen going 30 MPH on our way out, and also on the way in. Set lines in 200 feet around 5:15, pulled at 8:30 or so.

Went 13-18, with 2 steelhead, 1 laker, and 10 coho. Left the fish biting as one of the crew had to get up at 530 AM tomorrow for work.

Hot rod was a mini dipsy diver run on mono, out 60 with a 00 dodger and purple/black peanut fly. Took 6 fish. Everything else more or less took a fish. 3 color took a lake trout on a double orange crush, a steelhead and a coho on a 5 color with a buffalo bill, one real nice steelhead on an 8 color glow froggy spoon, one chunky coho on a rigger down 50 with a green dolphin spoon, couple on a wire diver out 50 on a 3 setting with a size 0 chartreuse/fire dot dodger with a blue mini fly. Any trolling direction but north seemed to work. Highlight of the trip was ripping in a 5 color to change the spoon and getting crushed by a 12ish pound steelhead while reeling at Mach 10. Jumped a few times and then got off.

No hits on small spoons or magnums - they only wanted standard sized. Which was about the size of the alewife in every single fish.

Oh - forgot to mention - the St Joe fish cleaning station is still "closed due to sewer issues" which was a bummer
