TOPIC:

Had some family in town, snuck out for a quick outing before meeting everybody for lunch.

Set up in 130 and trolled with the waves/wind. Was blowing pretty decent but thankfully the waves were mostly 2s with an occasional 3. Cohos were in 130-140 feet, in decent schools, but far apart. Would hit a pod and take 2 or 3 in a few minutes, then nothing for awhile. Had 5 in the box before all the rods were set, but then dead until we hit a couple more small pods. Ended up 9-11.

Fish were deeper in the water column than the other day, with 8 color and wire divers out 60-70 on 1.5 setting doing most of the work. Most fish were on Size 0 dodgers with blue and blue/green and blue/orange mini flies

Fish had a lot of bait in them. LOTS of bait in the 60-80 foot range in the greenish water, outside the mudline.
