We are going to have terrible weather this weekend! We are going to stay at the dock unless absolutely necessary.
Accidents can happen to both experienced and unexperienced boaters alike.
This was an accident from last weekend in Racine. The boat operator was an experienced and licensed captain. There was heavy fog, 57* water, and the locals said the break wall doesn't show up very well on radar with the high water.
The recovery was handled by TowBoatUS Racine, and I did the diving and rigging.

Or maybe not, “Hey honey, guess what? We’re getting a new boat.” My Searunner 190, "Four "D's" and a "C". Retirement money well spent.
