I will be launching out of portage probably about 5pm give or take. There is no doubt in my mind that the fishing is better where you are (I assume in the general vicinity of the gong). However I am going after some bigger fish (sea donkeys included ). Past few trips out to 80+ we have had a nice mix of kings, coho, steelies, and lakers. Its been spotty but overall worth it. I hope this evening continues that trend!
