Lake too rough for us, so my wife and I took a walk on the pier and multiple catches observed. DNR creel clerk said yesterday and today has seen real good steelhead action from the pier here in MC.

I trolled solo in front of and east of the lighthouse Sunday from only 7:30 to 10 am, went 0-1 on steelhead but I sure enjoyed about 4 good jumps on only 1.

Steelhead are here.!

I saw the day off leaving. I was cleaning up from fixing a toilet and trying to installing some downrigger holders on my new (to me) toy the night before. It looked like you were solo but I was a little out of focus so wasn't sure. A couple people mentioned getting a few around the 2nd 60 but didn't hear anything great like I am seeing from East near the gong. Netting a Skamania solo has to be a feat in itself. Glad you got out.
