Got a late start due to having to drop the kids off and then load up the boat and drive. Got there at 10 which was right when the bite died according to everyone out there. Had to work for em... ended up with 4 lake trout, 6 coho, and a king. Lost quite a few coho, we were rusty on the first trip of the year.

King came on a red squiggle thin fin on a flat line. Most of the coho and lake trout came on 3.5 mag lips, Grinch for the trout  and coho on Baby Ruth

Had a couple drive by's on dodgers and flies but nothing stuck. Fish came all over, from 15 feet out to 45, but most were in 35-45

Water temps were about 42

We were out there as well.  Around the same time, maybe a bit earlier.  Ended with 11 coho.  Slow going, they seemed to be spread out.  Not much of a pattern for baits.  Beautiful day on the lake.
