Finally able to get lines wet.  I was joined by my two older boys and we arrived at Pastrick's at about 8:20.  I could not believe the amount of trailers in the lot.  Both lots were at about capacity. Many guys were coming in as we were launching with their morning limits- good sign. There was also a bass tournament going on so that explained the extra amount of trailers .
I was amazed at the amount of bait in the water,  I never seen so much at EC and it was in close,  around first light.  
I ran all dodger/fly - 4 orange and 2 chrome dodgers with green/silver, green/carmel and dark blue/carmel peanut flies, going 2.4-3.0 mph. It was game on.  So much fun being out there with the boys- well they're 29 and 28 but they are still kids to me, lol.  They do have to work on the net skills,  lost at least 4 due to bad netting.  Most days that would be frustrating but that day i knew it didn't matter much.  
Didn't have to run out past the wall,  as soon as I got to the end, I just turned it around and made another pass.  Everything was right out in front.  All in all a great day to be out there
