Fished solo 6 am till 11am. West of harbor till 65 fow worked that depth most of the day but did venture in to 60fow & out to 80fow ran 2 DR and a diver all took hits. Hits were between 40’ to 54’ for me but didn’t have anything up higher. Spoons an d/f both hit about equally. Ended up 4 for 8, all coho. Thought I was on my way to a quick limit with 3 by 7:30 but then it died for me and I got a hit every 30 to 45 min after that.  Couldn’t keep em buttoned up very well but it happens. Blue seemed to be the most consistent color. Wasn’t marking much in the way of bait pods either. Good luck out there!

We fished NB for awhile Sat AM, but the weather was too rotten for us to get very far from port. Our ride is a 16ft Ranger, so we have to be very picky on what days we go. We only run out to deeper water if other boats are there first and join the crowd for "safety in numbers".

We ran down to MC after that and scoped it out for our Sunday return that proved well for us.

Maybe we will run into you out there one of these times. We are only about 15 miles away.
