A nice feature of the Lowrance HDS (and probably Humminbird etc) is the ability to load images on it. In this case the dive charts. Makes for a nice convenience.

Should be able to no problem - works on my HDS 5 as well. Assuming your button layout is like mine then hit "pages" and go to "Waypoints Routes Trails ". From that menu select files. Once there you can select the SDCARD slot, and the images you have on that card will show up and you can view them.

I will put the image files on the chart page here in a bit.

I have added the sonar compatible image files to Dive Charts pages. These are jpg files. Click on them and the image will open in another browser window. Right click on the image and save image as. This will save it to your computer. You can then put it on an SD card and put it in the sonar unit.
