Take a salmon filet and season the flesh side with a fairly liberal of lemon pepper. Spread a decent coat of mayonnaise on top of the lemon pepper. Now, sprinkle a second coat lemon pepper on top the mayonnaise. Broil or bake this in your oven or grill it outdoors until the flesh flakes, indicating the filets are ready. Not only does it taste great, but the filet looks like it was prepared in a gourmet restaurant. This is so simple and at the same time, so good. It might sound a bit crazy, but the salmon. the lemon pepper and the mayonnaise play off of one another for one fantastic piece of fish. Try it!

Probably around 425. More often than not, I do it on the grill. It's a very good and simple recipe.
