The HCC needs some observers for the Coho Classic, for the both the pro division, and potentially Amateur division on day 2 if necessary.

What is an observer?
An observer is an individual that resides on a random tournament boat during the competition. Your job is to make sure that tournament boat follows the rules. If they dont, your obligation is to report your findings.

This is also an incredible learning experience whether you are new, intermediate, or experienced in LM fishing. If I was not fishing the tournament, I would surely be an observer just to get insight into what other people do to catch fish. It allows you to see how other people do things, from location, to rigging, bait selection etc. There is no better learning experience available.

What is required:
Be available on May 5th and / or 6th. You will be placed on a tournament boat. The captains meeting on the eve of May 4th will provide instruction and assignments.

If you are interested, PM me or call me at (219) 682-5575 and we can get you set up.

Details of the tournament can be found here: www.hoosiercohoclub.org/index.php/tourna.../2018-tourney-s?id=9

I havent heard from anyone yet. Great chance to learn some things - also I will note it pays $50 / day. PM or call me at 219-682-5575.

Blood Run also contacted me asking for an observer on their sponsored boat. Sounds like a great opportunity!

I have been an observer for the past several years. Not only is it a learning experience, but a nice chance to see how the participants have their boats set up and you'll likely get some good ideas on how to set up your own boat.
Also you'll meet some really good fishermen.

I have two so far - who else wants to participate? All the benefits of getting to learn on a charter envitronment, while getting paid a few bucks instead of spending them. No better deal in the world.

PM me or post in this thread - you wont regret it!......

Ok I will note that. I think at this point Saturday is solid, but Sunday may need a few on the top Am boats. I will let you know Mike - Thanks!
