Fished NB solo. Setup in 45 ft and trolled SW towards state line. Flat calm water with lots of cottonwood. Plenty of action but I couldn't keep the fish hooked up. I went 4 for 9 with three good Coho and I released a small King.
I went back for the evening bite, but only managed one more nice Coho. I lost a double late and called it a day.
I did mark a few bait balls in 40 - 60ft of water. Best bait was Spin Dr Coho Kracker
6" with blue and green flies. Nothing on flat lines . No bloody cooler shots but I did see a beautiful sunrise and sunset from the lake from the boat
All the Coho that I cleaned were full of big Alewife.

Nice going.

We have never done great on the evening bite. But sometimes you take whatever you can get, and with a lake that calm, was nice just to be out there!
