You have this wrong! You don't sell off stuff, you just put it in a drawer, on a shelf, in a box or somewhere else. Waddaya gonna do with $100? Blow it on fishing stuff?

Actually, I've "rebuilt" all of these particular models of reels. A little cleaning of the innards, new drag washers, level wind pawl and very occasionally having to replace some other part,, you can put them back in the game. Washer sets are about $5. Pawls about a buck. I have decades old reels still working like new.

Haha, I hear ya. Figured somebody else could use them instead of them sitting on a shelf. And yeah, already blew that $100 on fishing stuff. Made everything uniform to Convectors and Coldwaters. Had a mix of Penn, Abu Garcia, Daiwa, etc. before. Just easier to tell inexperienced crew how to use one type of reel rather than several. They are all good reels in good working order, just don't need them anymore.

Where do you get the parts from for the Sealines? I have a few that are in rough condition that I would love to rebuild if it brings them back to good working condition. Mine seemed to have all drag issues so will need to rebuild that. Thanks for any info

Parts are available for them on eBay. Or call Tuna’s in Ludington.

Sold via Facebook within an hour of posting. Always would rather give folks here first shot so I will always post here a day or two before I list used gear anywhere else.

There are several reel parts sellers on-line. Drag washers only, try Smooth Drag - excellent products. I know many saltwater guys who will swap out Smoothies in brand new reels before even taking them fishing once.
