$300 for all parts in pictures. 
I have a 2016 24v 80lb Terrova that I upgraded to the latest Bluetooth ipilot upgrade. I have no use for the old head and control board. Someone might want as backup parts or upgrade a terrova without ipilot to have it. Appears Minn Kota used to sell a kit for this purpose but no longer does. Thanks!

Wanted to provide more information so I don't mislead anyone. Here is the  Northland Marine Kit that is now discontinued. If you open that link, I do not have that wire sitting under the top head. Not sure if I was supposed to remove that when I upgraded, but I don't have it. No idea what it does or if it is needed. Maybe it can be purchased separately. Thanks!
