For anyone interested Catawba is ice free and fishing has been good from what I have heard. Still getting fish out of Huron but Catawba has been better.

Thanks for the heads up. I was hoping to ice fish out there is year, but it doesn't look like that will happen.

Yea there taking some hogs out there already.

Got to go north for the ice, were going to Sturgeon Bay for a long weekend of fishing in march

Good luck up there. I usually make it out to Erie twice a year. May and Oct. But ive been wanting to get some wallys through the ice.
