Fishing was not great but not horrible. Did a lot of bluegill,White and yellow stripper fishing. Didn't target bigger bass because I figured they would be too deep. Should have known better when my son got a 16", 2.07 lbs large mouth in shallow, figured it would be the big bass of the week. Last night out (Friday) I got a maybe 5" bass on the ultra light and as I was bringing it in I noticed a large bass chasing it so switched to fishing for bigger bass. Ended up getting an 18", 2.68 lbs Kentucky Bass and a 14" or 15" one a little later. Couldnt beat the weather there last week- it was wonderful.
