TOPIC:

A couple of us fished Lake Erie last week for 6 days, caught 67 keepers and 40 perch. Largest walleye over 31 inches. Launched from South Bass island and fished west of Pelee island and north of East Sister island. Trolled with 3 ounce bottom bouncers on the bottom with worm harnesses using large planer boards in 30 to 34 feet. On the 1st day picked up 3 smallmouths 4 to 5 lbs. Caught 10 large white bass, drums and about 6 catfish. Almost everyday we were by ourselves in Canadian waters
