How do you send a member a private message? I've gotten a  couple but I've never sent one. Any help is greatly appreciated!

 there is a private messages carrot in the upper right corner below the tabs - click private messages - then select compose and the destination from the user list
once you click on the private message link the page looks like a standard email account and it is user friendly
