Has anybody found any safe ice in our corner of the state yet? Grand Blvd lake looks like it's been locked up for a week. I figure I would check there after work tonight, carefully.

people have reported 2-3 inches in various locations. I havent checked anything myself yet though.

Saw a few guys out on smaller lakes and back waters around LaPorte this am. No reports but good to see the lakes making ice!!

The small lake I was at had 4" with very little snow. I pulled 5 decent gills and other people had pretty nice perch.
