Has anyone ever delt with their customer service? I shipped off my unit last Wednesday it was supposed to get there by Friday and I’ve called n emailed them for any kinda response and so far they have not replied or answered their dam fone!!! A buddy of mine told me that it took him EIGHT months to get his back!!!!! Really hope that’s not the case!!! Anyone here have better experience with them?

Haven't delt with Marcum but having the same issues with Eskimo right now. Bought a shanty right before christmas and one of the supports ripped through the seem the 3rd week I had it, maybe set it up 5 times. Sent them email messages for 3 days, tried on the phone, on hold for 2+ hours with no answer just listening to their recorded message that mentioned their award winning customer service. They finally sent me an email requesting pictures, Serial number, and purchase date after 5 days. Sent all the pictures last Friday and have not heard anything from them since. Hope this isn't a trend with these companies, but I will probably not by anymore Eskimo Products.

6 days later I got a reply via email stating that within ten days they would ship it back fixed hope they’re right will update further experience

I called again last night seems the trick is to contact them 10 min before closing, the phone rang and they really were happy to help so they could go home,lol. Had to resend the photos and was called back this morning with a new skin being shipped today. Not sure when it will get here but at least it is supposed to be on the way. Good luck.
