I had a Safe Floor put in my boat probably 10 or 12 years ago - still looks like new!  If you check their website, there's s Michigan location listed. When I had mine done, the installer came to me.  If you wonder what it's like, think indoor/outdoor track surface.  Here's before and after files. The one with the net and fish was taken this year.
