I believe Cal Park has a reciprocal agreement with Indiana and Illinois access. Illinois waters are closed for perch fishing until June 15th
Does this include Cal Park?

I would tend to think that only applies to licenses and you would probably only have trouble if you launched in IL, fished in IN and brought fish back to the launch in IL and were checked. Just my guess.

If you have an Indiana license you can perch.

Cal park is either or.

If all you have is an IL license and your perching in Cal Park right now you are going to get ticketed because the season is closed in IL.

Either lllinois or an indiana will work and yes you can perch fish in cal harbor right now because its pretty much all indiana waters except if you go into the river and or the dead end slip. Outside of the breakwall is also Indiana waters. Ran into the DNR and the coast guard a few times already and didnt have any issues. So head west guys .... So as of right now ya better have an Indiana license up to June 15th
