Like to take my 7 yr old perchin this afternoon was wondering if anyone caught any this weekend, any info would be greatly appreciated thanks

Went out of Hammond this morning. 6:00- 9:00 no perch

Fished for perch east of donut in 30-40 fow. Caught 10, only 5 were keepers.

I was in the same area as Plane To. Sea and I ended up with 3 keepers.

So I made it out around 430 went to cal park and to my surprise left Chicago heights with about a 20 mph WSW wind and when I arrived at cal park it was roughly 20 mph out of the NE. So my son n I headed out anyway idled from the launch to the pig pen and back marks TONS N TONS OF BAIT around the mouth of the pig pen but only caught a 2 lb drum my son caught we drifted,
into the slip
Out of the slip
East of the slip
Across the main channel and finally
A cross the helicopters pad
And we got 000000000 perch

I was also out at the donut this morning, started at 6 am and stopped at 12:30. Kept 11 fish from 8 to 13 1/2 ". Most of the fish came from 11 am to 12:30 pm in 28 feet northeast of the donut. Did mark a lot of bait fish and caught 1 alewive
