Got out at 9:30 and tried all the typical areas. Nothing happening. My 8 year old finally got one dink near black ditch around 11:30 and on that note we decided to hit the beach. Beautiful day at the beach but fishing wasn't good for me today. Talked to a few other guys at each spot tried and they had similar results.

Thanks for the report Craig. It definitely was a beautiful day. We ran out towards gary and just floated enjoying the day - didnt fish. At one point I thought I should have brought my perch rods! They have to be somewhere.

Yeah we really need South winds and more importantly no North blows to straighten out the South End. That goes for Perch and the big fish. Dog days.
