TOPIC:

Myself and two other guys fished the perch tournament Chief's Bait Shop put on. We were on the water by 6 and fished until 2.

Fished west of MC with our primary focus being around the Black Ditch area that has been producing fairly consistently for us. Covered from 25 FOW out to 60 FOW searching everywhere as we weren't marking much of anything other than scattered small groups.

Sounded like it was a tough day for all. Most of the boats that had come out in the morning were gone around noon. Ended up catching around 25 fish total. Weighed our best 15 for a 5 lb 2 oz total weight that landed us in 3rd place. We kept fish much smaller than we normally would have just so we could have something to weigh.
