I'm a novice fisherman, still learning. If the Perch aren't biting what do I do? What do I try to fish for? Small mouth? Walleye? There isn't a lot of structure in LM that I can see... so I'm always paralyzed as to what to do. Do the creeks have fish in them, say at Washington Park? You guys fish for Kings but I don't have a clue how to do that. I'm used to catching Walleye and Smallmouth in a river during the spawn, and it's like shooting fish in a barrel. But LM is a whole other challenge.

Use ur bass cranks to cast for kings same tackle just loosen ur drag a touch.... also flatline couple rods over the side of the boat n troll this time of year you would have a chance at almost all the salmon especially with the cold water near shore, if it was me I’d run a medium depth lure and a deeper one GOOD LUCK!!!!
