Headed out of EC yesterday about 1:00. It was pretty rough until we got away from the waves crashing on the steel wall. Just good rollers after that.

Set lines in 80 fow, 49N 17W and trolled East and west from there. Picked up 4 lakers, 1 king, and a 12 inch coho that rode on a 150 copper for a good half hour. Also had 3 whacks on orange steelie spoons on 8 colors that never stayed hooked up for us.

We were in 90 FOW and I think close to your W. coordinate - I just cant seem to get those dang kings. We had a hit on Orange crush also - he was off before we could get the pole out of the holder. Yes being this is only my second year Salmon fishing I am not too disappointed in my overall catch rate. Just want to experience a nice screaming king one of these day.
