Took a co-worker from mid state IL out today with his 3 kids. I knew it was going to be challenging, especially in my boat. We trudged out towards the wreck and just trolled east with the waves. Managed 2 Steelhead from 7-10. One of the kids was green the majority of the time out there unfortunately.

It was rough and generally not all that fun in my boat lol.

Boatless!

But their memory of this probly won't make them look forward to the next outing. Sometimes timing is everything, especially when the lake is predicted to be rough on the youngins! Ouch...

Plane to Sea Offline Moderator Posts: 599 Thank you received: 210	I took three college age kids two years ago fishing on 2-3 footers. My son & 2 nephews. Thay all got seasick and & can't get them back on the boat. I got sick once on the Pacific about 15 yeas ago & I still remember like it was yesterday. It's good to have lots of different memories, good & bad. Makes you a well rounded person. Lol

After they nap and some Dramamine everyone was happy......or perhaps they were happy we were just heading back to port lol. Boatless!
