Late report obviously.....
In a nutshell, had our asses handed to us in relation to what I was expecting. Fished Kewaunee to just south of Bailys over the 4 days trying to get on the good 4yo chinook bite. Ended with one....and a few dozen smaller kings, mostly juveniles and a handful of steelhead. Our one King was a good one though and checked in at 27.6# and 40". Of course it was caught 4.5 hours before the K/D tournament started.....that fish currently sits in 7th place. If I go back next year I will be staying in Algoma.
