For me, fishing was about 1/2 as good as yesterday but my customers still took home a limit of 'hos out of Pastrick. No best areas. I basically picked an out of the wind spot and worked it. Others did the same (and with a west and southwest breeze there are plenty of those at East Chicago.

Yesterday's strong NW wind really churned the water and it was very murky compared to yesterday. No doubt much of the problem. Still, I caught fish in the dirtiest to the cleanest I found. Seemed like the fish were in a bite for a half hour/shut down for a half hour mood.

Still no baitfish in the cohos but I've seen a few bugs and a lot of black and black/green "icky' stuff in their tummies. With the water now at 41 degrees, methinks they are getting hungry. If some baitfish would show up, the fish should stick around. Couple more days with favorable weather so get 'em while it's hot.

Moved it to this section of the forum for you. Nice job getting out and making the customers happy with some fresh fish! How's the size of them now? I know people were saying smaller than usual on a lot.

I got out with a buddy this afternoon. The wind was tough but we trolled east of buffington along the wall. Picked up our 10. Seemed like there were better sized fish today compared to the last few times I've been out. Gold and Firetiger caught a lot of our fish. J11's, thin fins, and flicker shad.

I noticed most of the stomachs were empty as well.

Nice work guys. I really wanted to get out today but just was not 100% in the mood to fight the wind.

Thanks for the reports today guys. We made it out of Pastrick this morning and went 9 for 10. We traveled up the wall and back, then across to Buffington. Most of ours came on fire tiger or gold/red thin fins. I wish I had more gold/red with me today as it was a hot lure.

Thanks for all the reports. This week coming up doesn't look to good, rain or storms on and off all week. When it does end we will have one heck of a mud line to follow out of the Ditch! Rudey
