Wow! What a day. We went west out of the ditch and fished around the Gary Light area. All of our fish came off of crank bait type lures. We stayed in 40 to 45 FOW. We went 13 for 16. At one point we had a triple on but we were only able to get one of those in the boat. We also landed the nicest coho I think I have ever caught this time of year!

The tournament was awesome. It was great to be able to finally put some names to faces. Thank you so much Dirty for all of your help and for all of your work putting on the tournament. Everyone in this group is so helpful. Your help makes it possible for people like me to be able to come up and catch some fish. I very much look forward to seeing all of you out there through out this summer!

Love those crushers. They are a great not so secret weapon. A little hard to come by but worth the effort. There is another pattern Bay Rat has in their short-shallow line that I recently bought. It is called Esmeralda. It is a green/black version of the coho crusher. On a dark day or stained water I think it will work.

My Searunner 190, "Four "D's" and a "C". Retirement money well spent.
