Made it out today left east Chicago took an approx 50 heading out to the Bermuda Triangle of the south end. Only able to run 20mph comfortably from the left over waves from Saturday it took me approx 90 min to get to my destination. Fishing was very good despite what we had in our box. We ended 13 for approx 25. 4 coho 3 steelhead 6 throw back lakers that were caught on accident. We lost probably 8 steel head that screamed drags and jumped wildly until the hooks popped out. All in all it was a good day on the water. On the long ride home a friend took some pictures of my boat running approx 30 mph in.
It's better to ask forgiveness than for permission.

Thanks for the report. Good to have action and get some silver in. I am hoping to get out this week but weather is not looking good at the moment.
