Just came back from Portage. The ramp there is unusable. However, I did see a few boats trolling in the ditch. They must have launched at Doynes. The mouth of the ditch is still iced over, you can not get out to the lake . I'm sure that will change daily

yep - this week will make a huge difference. I hope to get the boat in the water thursday or friday. Weather and work permitting ;)
