Couldn’t take it anymore! My buddy Spoonfed set up a fishing trip on the St Joe River with Greg Allen, Spoonfed, and myself.
The fishing was pretty slow. We went 4 for 4 on steelhead. Sure was nice to get off the couch and back on a boat.

4 steelhead is a pretty decent day on the river. That one looks like it was a bruiser. Thanks for the post and pics. I’ve been fishing the creeks quite a bit but slacking on taking pictures. Were you guys fishing plugs or spawn?

We fished both. One bite came on spawn, two came from a bead suspended beneath a bobber, ond one cane on a jig we were using trying to get a walleye to go.
